The challenge
In recent years the public sector has had to negotiate a number of legislative requirements and best practice recommendations, ranging from the Freedom of Information Act through to the Gershon report.

Like all local government organisations, the Training and Development Agency (previously the Teacher Training Agency) has been impacted by these and has had to make changes to the way it works in order to ensure it is compliant with the guidelines.
