Like all public institutions, the Library is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Therefore, the Library required a solution that would enable it to classify, record and locate all of its policy documents, records and any other information that relates to its corporate governance and decision making.
An additional challenge to the Library is that Freedom of Information requests must be met within 15 days. Additionally, the solution needed to be available in both English and Welsh.
