Morse carried out a fast track approach to Content Management requirements gathering on behalf of the Connected Cumbria Partnership, which also involved vendor shortlist and selection. This consultancy resulted in a best practice in eGovernment case study from the Improvements and Development agency.

The borough of Barrow-in-Furness is situated at the southern tip of Cumbria, to the north of Morecambe Bay and set against the spectacular backdrop of the Lake District.
