Wisdom BPM, like the entire Wisdom Product Suite, is written in C# within the Microsoft .NET framework.  It has an open API allowing simple integration with third party products and services and the user experience surfaces via custom web parts for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server as well as in its own native browser interface.
